Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary crushed using a grinder or mortar and pestle
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Peel sweet potatoes and cut into strips, put in large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle oil over potatoes, then add the seasoning. Toss to coat.
  • Place sweet potatoes in the Air Fryer basket, making sure not overcrowd or they won't crisp up properly.
  • Air Fry at 400 degrees, for about 10 minutes. Shake the basket after 5 minutes. You may need to adjust the cooking time depending on the size and amount of potatoes per batch.
  • Transfer sweet potatoes to a plate lined with a paper towel.
  • Let cool slightly then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
